**JOB SUMMARY** **Monday \- Friday, 8am\-5pm** To perform various accounting and financial analytical functions for the issuance of financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and internal reporting / analysis to achieved company goals and objectives. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Duties include a wide range of activities to provide for the recording, reconciliation and reporting of financial transactions. These include, but are not limited to: * Month\-end close reporting and reconciliation * General Ledger account reconciliations / analysis * Bank account reconciliations * Financial forecasting and budgets * Prepaid maintenance and reconciliation * Financial and operations process audits * Sales Tax analysis and filings * Financial statement preparation and review * Project analysis and reporting * Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures. * Audit support, internal and external * Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non\-compliance. * Other tasks related to objectives of the Accounting Department as they arise. **METRICS** * Performanc...
