**Summary:** Under the direction of the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for overseeing daily distribution center operations, including product movement, warehouse performance, customer service, safety, and operational efficiency. This position provides leadership and direction to management teams to ensure operational goals, financial targets, and customer expectations are consistently achieved. The AGM is responsible for developing and mentoring leaders, optimizing operational processes, maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations, and fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
