**Job Description:** As a Inventory Coordinator at Scharmach Automotive Group, you will manage the reconditioning and inventory processes for vehicles to ensure they are retail ready. Your role involves coordinating vehicle repairs, organizing inventory, and supporting sales and service teams with administrative and operational tasks. This is a great steppingstone role in the automotive industry: you will learn much about repairs, reconditioning, and processes in multiple departments. **Key Responsibilities:** **Recon Responsibilities:** * Conduct walk\-arounds of vehicles upon stocking using the recon tracker. * Wash and inspect vehicles using the recon inspection sheet, noting any damage or wheel issues. * Coordinate vehicle keys with the Internal Service Advisor pre\- and post\-service appointments. * Distribute keys to recon, wheels, detail, or third\-party vendors as needed. * Update the service tracker, adding photos of body damage when necessary. * Coordinate and receive bodywork estimates from vendors and Collision Center Northwest (CCNW). * Send bodywork estimates to the Inventory Manager, Wholesaler, or Sales Manager for approval. * Organize vehicles at the detail lot for...
