**Job Type** Full\-time / Location: West Valley **Description** **JOB TITLE:** Registered Nurse **EMPLOYER:** Twelfth One, LLC dba Aspen Infusion **DEPARTMENT:** Nursing **REPORTS TO:** Field Nurse Supervisor **SCHEDULE:** Friday through Monday; four 10\-hr shifts **SUMMARY:** Provides skilled professional nursing services to a case load of patients in their place of residence in accordance with the patient’s plan of care. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assesses patients prior to provision of care. * Provides ongoing assessment of the patient and patient’s equipment needs. * Initiates timely discharges. * Educates and instructs the patient, patient’s family, or staff as required; counsels patient and family in meeting patient’s needs and goals. * Prepares timely, legible, and complete documentation of all care, interventions, and care coordination as provided by law, regulation, and established policy; returns documentation to the office/department according to established policy. * Demonstrates an awareness of and sensitivity to patient/family rights. * Applies safety principles as identified by established policy. * Participates in the orientation and training of new staff. *...
