**Commercial Security Sales Account Executive** **Richmond Security, Inc. \| Richmond, VA \| Full\-time outside sales** **Base salary: $50,000–$65,000 \+ uncapped commissions** On\-target earnings: $150,000\+ annually at 100% attainment under the written sales compensation plan. Actual earnings depend on results. Plus a $450 gross monthly vehicle allowance covering all business vehicle costs, including fuel. **The Opportunity** =================== Build new commercial business for Richmond Security. Sell access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, intercoms, and high\-security lock hardware, along with commercial electronic security service maintenance agreements (SMAs) and managed services that generate recurring monthly revenue (RMR).
