**Summary** ----------- The Nurse Supervisor at the Downtown Public Health Center provides leadership and direct supervision for staff across multiple services and programs at one of King County’s urban public health centers. This position is responsible for supporting high\-quality, equitable, client\-centered services for a diverse population, including individuals and communities who experience significant barriers to accessing health care and other essential services. The Supervisor provides day\-to\-day leadership, coaching, and supervision to multidisciplinary staff and is responsible for program operations, workforce development, performance management, quality improvement, and service delivery. The position works closely with the Area Manager and other Public Health leaders to ensure programs meet operational, clinical, regulatory, and performance expectations. As a member of the Downtown Public Health Center leadership team, the Supervisor contributes to overall site operations, strategic planning, problem\-solving, and continuous improvement.
