United Way of Greater Milwaukee \& Waukesha County Job Title: Account Manager (Union) Status: Full\-Time Department: Resource Development – Corporate Engagement Grade: 26 Date Prepared: 09/24/2026 FLSA Status: Exempt **SUMMARY** This position is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with corporate partners, growing campaign revenue, securing new gifts, and engaging corporate leaders, donors, volunteers, and other key stakeholders in support of United Way’s mission. This role manages a portfolio of corporate accounts and plays a key role in developing fundraising strategies, identifying new revenue opportunities, strengthening corporate partnerships, and delivering an exceptional experience for donors and community partners.
