PROJECT ACCOUNTANT Position Summary WIELAND’s Project Accountants serve as the financial backbone to the project teams, ensuring the financial health of each project. This individual will support a project team, including billing and pay applications, job costing, change management, financial reporting, compliance and auditing. Job Functions * Perform project projections and budget reconciliation with project team monthly, including reconciling between both project management and accounting software. * Oversee document control as it relates to subcontracts, change orders and insurance for your assigned projects. Includes tracking and compliance. * Prepare Owner invoices monthly, reconciling job cost, sworn statements and AIA billing documents in a timely manner. * Prepare and submit monthly fee reconciliations for each project including necessary notes and S\-Curves. * Knowledgeable of Owner contract terms and requirements on each project to ensure accounting processes are administered accordingly. * Guide and assist with project set\-up as it relates to the budget and Owner contract value. * Prepare project Start\-Up meeting and update as changes occur. * Receive and review all tr...
