The Residential Supervisor is the first point of contact for all CC Level Positions and their primary responsibility is to ensure the continued smooth operation of the constituent parts of the program as it relates to house operations, program policies and procedures, client control and supervision, as well as accounting for the proper training of staff in regards to their duties at the residences and other applicable sites. The Residential Supervisor will be responsible for many aspects of the residence that they will work out of.
