Succeed.** **\#BeHere** **Location: US:WI:MEQUON at our CP\-MEQUON HEALTH CENTER facility.** **This job is ON \- SITE.** **FTE: 0\.750000** **Standard Hours**:30\.00 **Shift: Shift 1** Shift Details: Monday through Friday 0700\-1300\. Holidays: no holidays Weekends: rotating Saturday morning approximately one every 6\-8 weeks. Job Summary: Responsible for performing phlebotomy and various technical, non technical, and clerical functions. Other information: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Completion of an approved Phlebotomy program or related health care experience including direct patient contact is required. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: Phlebotomy experience with a minimum of 100 venipunctures is preferred. EDUCATION REQUIRED: None. EDUCATION PREFERRED: High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. TRAINING REQUIRED: None. TRAINING PREFERRED: None. SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Ability to read and write necessary to comprehend and follow equipment operating instructions, IFUs and complete required documentation.
