Engel \& Völkers By The Sea is a luxury real estate brokerage with three shops on Massachusetts' North Shore and a team of 30\+ advisors. We're hiring a Director of Marketing to lead brand, content, and advisor enablement across the brokerage. **About the Role**This is a hands\-on marketing leadership role: you'll set strategy and then execute it yourself, from email and social to SEO and event marketing, while training and supporting 30\+ independent advisors. You'll report directly to brokerage leadership and own marketing end to end, with real room to build systems from scratch rather than maintain someone else's playbook. This role is based in our Gloucester shop, with periodic meetings at our Beverly Farms and Newburyport locations. **What You'll Do** * Own email marketing: the monthly company newsletter, plus building out a segmented, multi\-send strategy across CRM database segments * Manage the brokerage's SEO/AEO content program, including blog content, neighborhood guides, and market reports on our CMS * Run social media strategy and production across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile * Manage Google Business Profile posting and local visibility ac...
