**Interim Controller – Construction** ------------------------------------- **Location:** Springfield, Tennessee **Work Schedule:** 100% onsite **Assignment:** Interim; duration to be determined (approximately 4 months with possibility to convert to perm) **Target Start:** By the end of October 2026 **Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Interim Controller with construction industry experience** to oversee financial reporting, daily accounting operations, and treasury functions. This role will lead a four\-person accounting team and provide hands\-on financial leadership during an interim coverage period. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee day\-to\-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and treasury. * Manage month\-end close and prepare accurate, timely financial statements. * Oversee **work\-in\-progress (WIP) accounting and related construction financial reporting**. * Review financial activity and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and maintain strong internal controls. * Supervise four direct reports: an AR/AP lead, a staff accountant supporting treasury, a senior accountant, and an additional staff accountant...
