**Minuteman Press** is looking for a CSR/Print Specialist. Our shop is a fast paced print shop that services primarily business\-to\-business clients. *\*\*Print Shop Experience is Beneficial\*\** **Required Skills:** * Excellent basic math and computer skills * Superior customer service and problem solving skills * Fast paced while maintaining attention to detail **Preferred Skills:** * Experience communicating with customers * Knowledge of digital printers such as Canon and/or Wide Format Printing. * Knowledge of graphics software such as Adobe Illustrator **Responsibilities** include, but are not limited to: * Print Production * Some Print Estimating * Replying to client emails and answering phones * Proactively seek to help clients with all their printing * Working closely in a team\-oriented environment Pay based upon experience. Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time Pay: $16\.00 \- $20\.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Experience: * Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) * Print Industry: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
