Property Operations Manager — Airbnb Housekeeping \& Guest Readiness Manager **Coffee Included Onsite Services, LLC** **Location:** Cincinnati \- Dayton Market **Compensation:** $20 \- $40/ hr **Employment type:** Part\-Time About the Role Coffee Included Onsite Services is hiring a hands\-on Property Operations Manager to keep our furnished rental properties clean, functional, organized, and ready for arriving guests. You will oversee cleaners, inspect their work, perform cleans when needed, handle light maintenance, and coordinate repairs. You are the person accountable for the condition and readiness of your assigned properties. Our central reservations team handles bookings and primary guest communications. Your focus is the work onsite: making sure each property is ready when we say it is.
