We are looking for a CMA at our Assisted Living Facility. The Assisted Living CMA/CNA is responsible for overall care and duties of the Assisted Living Facility to provide services based on established policy; promoting favorable relationships inside and outside of the facility; and performing duties that ensure quality resident care in a clean, safe environment in accordance with federal, state, local, and facility guidelines, regulations, and procedures. **Responsibilities**: Includes but not limited to the following: 1\. Responsible for following Assisted Living (AL) policy and procedures, and for ensuring that residents receive the highest level of services in all aspects of their lives. 2\. Responsible to follow daily shift procedures of resident care; resident meals; resident laundry; resident apt housekeeping; and resident activities. 3\. Documents all resident care in an informative and descriptive manner on the needs and duties performed; assures compliance with regulations pertaining to care plans/resident assessments. 4\.
