**Position Overview:** The City Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of parking operations within their assigned city or cities, operating with the mindset of running their own business. This role manages hiring, training, and disciplinary actions, sets parking rates, negotiates leases and agreements, and drives profitability. Success is measured by operational performance and portfolio growth through newly acquired or leased locations.
