**The Role** In this role, you will report to the Executive Director, Global Engineering, based at our Norwood, MA site; this position will lead/support capital projects and or a portfolio thereof to execute the master site plan and endorsed portfolio of capital projects at the Norwood and/or network sites. The Associate Director, Engineering Projects will apply existing and new knowledge of Design, Construction, Commissioning, Qualification, Validation and Project Management to support multiple and high\-pace capital projects across multiple functions. The primary goal of this position is the efficient delivery of capital projects from inception to start\-up.
