Description

**Role:** Perform administrative as well as clinical tasks such as maintaining patient records, preparing patients and rooms for examination, and assisting physicians and/or providers with exams. **Essential Functions \& Responsibilities:** * Record patients' medical history, vital statistics, or information such as test results in the electronic medical record (EMR). * Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations, keeping the rooms neat and clean. * Interview patients to obtain medical information and measure their vital signs, weight, and height. * Show patients to examination rooms and prepare them for the physician. * Demonstrates appropriate and accurate documentation of patient encounter with their providers. * Clean and package instruments for autoclaving.
