**Standard Job Description** ---------------------------- You will be the Financial Management Stf for the Precision Fires GMLRS Finance \& Business Operations (F\&BO) Team. Our team is responsible for program finance, earned value management, and financial planning \& analysis. The Precision Fires GMLRS Finance \& Business Operations (F\&BO) Team is looking for a Staff Financial Analyst with experience in Program Finance, Earned Value Management, and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP\&A). **What You Will Be Doing** As the Financial Management Stf you will be responsible for leading earned‑value‑based budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support the GMLRS program. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Applies principles of Earned Value Management (EVM) to lead preparation of budgets and schedules for contract work and performs financial analyses such as funding profiles, EAC forecasting, and variance analysis. * Must have broad understanding of EVMS and ability to utilize EVM processes and procedures to manage program on a daily basis. * Support Long Range Plan for Program including orders/sales/EBIT/cash forecast and prepares quarterly Contra...
