**Job Summary** --------------- The Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and monitoring daily supply chain activities across production planning, inventory, and logistics to ensure materials and finished goods move efficiently throughout the operation. This person works closely with Production, Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, and Sales to maintain visibility of production priorities, material availability, inventory levels, and customer requirements. The Supply Chain Supervisor identifies potential shortages, delays, inventory discrepancies, or operational constraints and follows through with the appropriate teams until issues are resolved. This is a hands\-on, execution\-focused role.
