First Bank is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst. As a Senior Business Analyst you will serve as a key resource in analyzing financial performance, business trends, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives across the bank. This position partners with various departments throughout the bank and leadership to provide data\-driven insights that support decision\-making, improve profitability, enhance customer service, and ensure the successful execution of strategic goals.
