Research and development projects may be led from within the NSF NCAR Director’s Office (DO) or from a lab or program within the Center. The Project Manager II will serve as a member of the DO Facilities \& Large Projects Office (FLPO)/Project Management Office (PMO). This individual will be responsible for overseeing the scope, schedule, budget, performance, risk, and change control management of assigned projects.
