Responsibilities: \- Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling daily financial transactions \- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies \- Handle guest check\-ins and check\-outs during the overnight shift \- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns \- Operate phone systems and respond to guest inquiries via phone or in person \- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including processing reservations and managing guest requests \- Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: \- Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality preferred \- Familiarity with night audit processes and procedures is a plus \- Proficiency in operating phone systems and other office equipment \- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally \- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills \- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision \- Knowledge of hospitality management or hotel operations is a bonus \-Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Nights 9pm\-7am \-Strong communication skills Join our team as a Night Auditor and be...
