**New Hire Rate: (Up to $60/hr)** **We offer the Following:** * Premium Compensation * Great Benefits Package * Professional Growth \& Stability **Benefits:** * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance **Qualifications/Experience:** * Must possess a current unencumbered MA license as a Registered Professional Physical Therapist, Bachelor’s degree or higher. * Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy or international equivalent * Geriatric experience preferred * A current unrestricted driver’s license and dependable transportation * Able to use necessary computer applications **Essential Job Functions:** * Screens residents for rehabilitation therapy needs * Completes Physical Therapy evaluations upon physician order * Establishes Physical Therapy plan of care for treatments per physician order * Provides Physical Therapy plan of treatments and modalities * Modifies treatment program level, intensity and techniques based on the resident’s response to specific treatment plan * Documents resident progress toward Physical Therapy goals * Discharges residents from Physical Therapy services when appropriate * Makes appropriate recommenda...
