R.G. Huston Company, Inc. is an east side of Madison construction seeking an experienced, highly organized Real Estate Accountant to oversee the financial activity of multiple related entities. This is a hands\-on role for someone who takes ownership, understands the inner workings of a business, and can manage multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will ensure transactions are accurately coded, invoices are processed and paid on time, daily cash activity is managed, and month\-end financials are completed accurately and efficiently. **What You'll Do** **Multi\-Entity Accounting** · Manage day\-to\-day accounting for multiple related entities. · Ensure transactions are accurately recorded and properly allocated. · Manage intercompany transactions, loans, billing, and reconciliations. · Maintain organized and accurate financial records. · Work closely with company ownership and understand how business activity impacts the financials. **Accounts Payable** · Review, code, approve, and process invoices for the appropriate entity, property, and account. · Ensure invoices are accurate, properly documented, and paid on time. · Resolve coding discrepancies, duplicate invoices, and paymen...
