**Position Summary** The Retention Marketing Specialist supports the execution and optimization of Skullcandy's retention marketing programs, with primary ownership of **email and SMS** channels. This role plays a critical part in engaging existing customers, driving repeat purchase, and strengthening long\-term brand relationships. In addition to day\-to\-day channel execution, this role partners closely to support **loyalty program development, consumer insights, and retention strategy**.
