**Kaiser Sign Innovations is hiring an additional team member to support our existing front office, sales, and production staff.** **Pay can be negotiated based on your Experience and Skills.** This position will work alongside our current team, sharing daily responsibilities, strengthening customer service, and helping us pursue new business opportunities. We are looking for an experienced, flexible professional who enjoys collaborating and providing extra support wherever needed. Responsibilities include sales and customer follow\-ups, accounting and bookkeeping, marketing, newsletters, website updates, front desk coverage, and occasional production assistance. **Sales and accounting experience are required. Sign industry experience is preferred. This is not an entry\-level position.** The right candidate will respect established team responsibilities, communicate clearly, and coordinate with coworkers to keep work organized and moving efficiently.
