* Corporate Giving + Provide strategic leadership for HMSA's corporate giving, community sponsorships and investments, including monetary donations, in\-kind contributions, and employee volunteer engagement. + Develop, implement, and periodically update corporate policies and guidelines to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and community priorities. + Advise executives on community investment decisions, board placements, fundraising participation, and external affiliations, provide preparation and support as needed. + Build and sustain strategic relationships with nonprofit, civic, and business leaders, among others, to advance HMSA's community impact and reputation. + Ensure giving and partnerships are aligned, measurable, and effectively communicated to maximize awareness, impact, and goodwill, both internally and externally. + Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, design, and execute impactful community initiatives that improve the health and well\-being of Hawaii. + Establish and map annual goals and priorities for community giving and engagement; develop tactical plans and engagement strategies to support those goals. + Maintain oversight of ex...
