**Job Overview** We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Accounting \& Finance to lead our financial operations and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of all financial activities. The Director of Accounting \& Finance plays a strategic leadership role in overseeing all financial and accounting operations, including Payroll, Benefits \& HR Compliance, Payables, Receipts, and General Accounting. This position directly supervises the Accounting Manager and other finance personnel, provides critical financial guidance to the Front of House (FOH) and Owner, and collaborates extensively with MOB’s employees to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial management. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in accounting standards, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance, with a passion for driving financial excellence and supporting organizational growth. **Responsibilities:** **Payroll, Benefits \& HR Compliance:** * Processes timekeeping and all payrolls for multiple MOB companies using Toast/ADP.
