Design Lead (Full\-time, near Park City Utah or remote, U.S. citizenship required) About the Role We're looking for an experienced Design Lead to handle the day\-to\-day design work for Cambium's marketing team. This is a full\-time position, and 100% of this person's time is spent on design and project management for Cambium marketing. The Design Lead reports directly to the Marketing Director. This role will be hands\-on and self\-directed. They will take a request, ask the right questions, produce the finished work, execute revisions based on feedback, and deliver it on time without needing constant direction. Key Responsibilities * Images and custom design: Find, license, and create the images, graphics, and illustrations Cambium uses in its marketing. This gives Cambium a look that is its own, instead of relying on generic stock photos. * Presentations: Design and build presentations for investors, customers, partners, and company leaders.
