**Clinical Pharmacist Inpatient Hospital** **Location:** Zanesville, OH **Job Type:** Contract **Contract:** 13 Weeks **Pay Rate: $ 2,200 To $ 2,492 Per week** **Schedule:** Day/Evening Shifts **Experience:** 1 Year **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **Clinical Pharmacist Inpatient Hospital** for a 13\-week contract in Zanesville, Ohio. The Pharmacist will provide inpatient pharmacy services while supporting safe and effective medication management across the hospital setting. Candidates must have hands\-on experience with **pharmacokinetic dosing, including vancomycin, and warfarin management**. Experience with Epic Willow Inpatient is preferred but not required. **Responsibilities** * Provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services and support safe, accurate, and appropriate medication therapy. * Review medication orders and apply clinical pharmacy knowledge to optimize pharmacotherapy and patient safety. * Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring, including vancomycin dosing and therapeutic management. * Provide appropriate warfarin dosing and anticoagulation management based on clinical parameters and established protocols. * Collaborate with physicians, nu...
