**About the Role** We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our three\-person marketing team. This is a hands\-on leadership role, not a strategy\-only position. You'll set priorities and guide the team. You'll also roll up your sleeves to write and edit content, publish social posts, build email campaigns, and prepare for conferences right alongside them. The Marketing Manager will primarily lead the day\-to\-day marketing function for CRNA Locum Jobs, which is expected to represent approximately 95% of the role, while providing marketing support to Pharmacy Locum Jobs, which is expected to represent approximately 5% of the role. You'll build on a solid foundation: defined brands, an active social presence, a conference and events calendar, and a performance dashboard.
