**The Cleaning Authority of Carol Stream \| Carol Stream, IL** **Salary:** $54,000–$60,000 per year, based on experience, plus performance bonus **Schedule:** Full\-time, primarily Monday–Friday; occasional Saturdays The Cleaning Authority of Carol Stream is looking for a bilingual General Manager to lead the daily operation of our residential cleaning business. This role is for an experienced manager who can run the office independently. You will lead the cleaning teams, own the schedule and customer experience, hire and develop employees, and turn estimates into recurring customers. The owner will set business goals and provide support, while you make the day\-to\-day decisions needed to meet them. **What you’ll own** * **People:** Hire, train, coach, and manage cleaning employees.
