We are looking for a talented **Procurement Specialist** to join our **Semiconductor Construction team**. **Location:** Remote, West Coast Additional Responsibilities* Assure subcontractors and vendors are qualified to Springtide and client standards. * Create and maintain procurement plans, prepare and issue bid packages, condition bidders, arrange and attend pre\-bid and de\-scope meetings. * Prepare preliminary and final commercial bid tabulations. * Develop and submit Recommendations for Award (RFAs). * Issue bid award letters and letters of regret. * Receive and process requisitions from various project teams. * Prepare and place purchase orders with vendors per lead times and operational requirements. * Obtain order confirmations to ensure services or materials are being scheduled per order requests. * Expedite ...
