**Key Responsibilities** * Support the Project Manager through all phases of construction projects, from startup through closeout. * Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, permits, contracts, and project records. * Coordinate and track RFIs, submittals, material procurement, and vendor/subcontractor compliance requirements. * Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, change orders, invoice review, and subcontract administration. * Support project scheduling, milestone tracking, and procurement efforts to help maintain project timelines. * Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. * Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential schedule, cost, or coordination issues. * Assist with quality control, safety documentation, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities. **Required Qualifications** * 3\+ years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in commercial construction. * Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, procurement processes, and change management. * Experience with...
