**Position Summary:** Prestige Trucking Insurance is seeking a Client \& Career Development Specialist to drive new business growth, strengthen our carrier partnerships, and improve the service experience for our current insureds. Working with a dedicated team of 10\+ offshore team members who support the sales and submission paperwork process, this person will develop and close new business, serve as a key point of contact between our production team and our carriers, and partner with leadership to improve client service and retention. The ideal candidate combines trucking insurance sales experience with strong relationship\-building skills.
