The Operations Manager is responsible for achieving the short\-to\-mid strategic objections while managing the P\&L for production, maintenance, customer service, and supply chain. Directly reporting to the General Manager to maximize processes effectiveness, readiness, synergies and standardization; ensuring high\-level efficiency; minimizing costs; acting in line with the applicable standards, regulations, global manufacturing practices, and Corporate \& Local procedures. **Key responsibilities:****OPERATION MANAGEMENT (Production, Maintenance, Customer Service, Supply Chain)** * Leads the functions assigned, sets goals in terms of costs, time, quality, manages assigned resources, systems and processes, working with enabler functions, delivering results in line with requirements and level of services, standards, targets, regulatory and procedures. * Defines and monitors the production plans execution in terms of time, volumes, mix, quality and costs, reviewing and approving the local ones, according to production leaders. * Provides effective technical resolutions for reducing complaints, increasing services, and sales demand fulfilment. * Collaborates effectively with Quality, T...
