Overview: Biopharma and biotech companies rely on Waters’ instruments, software, and expertise to discover, develop, and manufacture biologic medicines. Biologics is one of Waters’ fastest\-growing markets, as emerging complex modalities create new analytical needs amidst an evolving regulatory landscape. The Biologics Business’s Strategy \& Growth team shapes where the business invests: which markets to prioritize, which products and technologies to develop, and which partnerships to pursue. The team is also responsible for leading the business’ annual strategic planning process. In this role, you’ll analyze and prepare strategies for critical business topics, including sizing new markets, building the case for new products and partnerships, and developing go\-to\-market approaches for new technologies. You’ll work directly with business leadership and with teams across Product, R\&D, Marketing, and Sales, as well as external partners to drive strategic decisions and enable their execution in a growing business.
