**Quality Medical Research (QMR)** is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead study acquisition, sponsor/CRO relationship development, and expansion of our clinical research organization into a multi\-site SMO. This is not a general sales or marketing position. We are looking for someone who understands the clinical research site business, has existing relationships with sponsors and CROs, and can help QMR identify and secure studies while developing a financially sound strategy for adding new research sites. Candidates must have at least **4 years of directly relevant clinical research experience**, including meaningful business development experience. **Key Responsibilities:** **Business Development \& Study Acquisition** The primary responsibility of this position is to build a consistent pipeline of high\-quality, financially attractive clinical trials for QMR.
