As the Principal Architect, Healthcare at Rackspace Technology, you will own the hands\-on resilience and disaster recovery architecture for Rackspace's healthcare customer estate, designing DR tiering, failover, and continuity solutions for clinical and PHI\-bearing workloads, including Epic, Cerner, and other EHR and clinical platforms. You will act as the technical escalation point for the most complex DR and resilience challenges across the Healthcare Vertical, provide architecture input to Deal Gate submissions triggered by architecture deviation or DR gap, and supply the technical evidence behind the Healthcare Delivery Assurance Office's readiness reviews.
