As Assistant General Manager, you'll work side by side with the General Manager, gain broad operational leadership experience, and help shape a community from the ground up. **What You'll Do** * Support the General Manager across housekeeping, kitchen, security, maintenance, safety, IT, and grounds operations * Help build staffing plans and support department leads * Track occupancy, service metrics, and budget performance * Step in and lead when the General Manager is off\-cycle * Help coordinate emergency response for a residential community **What We're Looking For** * 3\+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality, facilities, or workforce housing * Strong leadership and communication skills * Comfortable making decisions independently in a fast\-paced, 24/7...
