Responsibilities: **Position Overview:** OBXtek seeks a Program Manager for the Department of State Technical Security Engineering (TSE) staffing program. Based at U.S. Government facilities in Springfield, VA, the PM will oversee and ensure delivery of all performance under the contract and be responsible to the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and Government Technical Monitors (GTMs) for performance and delivery. The PM will directly supervise all site managers and ensure quality recruiting, hiring, personnel management, training, and support for all contract personnel and positions. The role combines contract execution, customer engagement, workforce leadership, and fiscal management with OBXtek’s existing PMIP\-aligned financial and growth expectations.**Key Responsibilities:*** **Contract Execution and Government Interface:** Serve as the focal point for all contractor functions affecting contract performance.
