**Marketing Manager** Conxxus Fiber Internet \| A Metro Communications Company **Location:** Sullivan, IL **Reports To:** Operations Manager **Department:** Marketing **FLSA Status:** Exempt **About Us** Conxxus is a fast\-growing residential fiber\-to\-the\-home (FTTH) internet provider serving communities across Illinois, with a subscriber base of roughly 56,000 customers and continued expansion planned across existing and new markets in 2026 and beyond. Conxxus is also in the process of launching Conxxus Mobile, a wireless service offering that will extend the brand into mobile and deepen bundled relationships with existing broadband customers. We are committed to delivering reliable, high\-speed fiber internet and exceptional customer service, and we are looking for a dynamic Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth in close collaboration with our Sales, Community Development, and Business Systems leaders. **Job Summary** The Marketing Manager owns marketing strategy and execution across the full Conxxus portfolio, including residential FTTH and the emerging Conxxus Mobile product line.
