**Purpose:** This position is responsible for directing all tasks and staff involved in producing print and digital deliverables. This includes overseeing the production of various media, including collateral, promotions, annual reports, presentations, video, photography, enewsletters, advertisements, displays, exhibits, and more. The production specialist manages resource availability and allocation for job requests across marketing and communications. The position is responsible to manage timelines, hit milestones and ensure appropriate resources are allocated to meet deliverable goals.The role works closely with the marketing content strategist, manager of digital technologies, graphic designer and communications manager in support of marketing, communications, PR, interactive media and web initiatives. **Nature and Scope:** Manages multiple projects simultaneously, sets priorities, identifies and addresses production problems, meets deadlines, and stays within budget.Coordinates work of writers, copy editors, video production staff, designers and various marketing and communications vendors.
