Work Model: You’ll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday–Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ The Senior Director of Supply Chain will lead excellence around material supply planning, supplier relationships, material cost out, global best cost commodity strategy, and guidance for in\-plant materials management for the Conveyance Solutions division within Regal Rexnord’s Automation \& Motion Control Segment. This leadership position will focus on improving best cost global strategies, material flow by balancing demand and supply through the maturity of SIOP, demand planning, master scheduling, material planning, inventory management, production control, and logistics processes.
