### **Description** **JOB SUMMARY** The Quality Supervisor is a pivotal leadership role responsible for managing a team of Quality Associates and Technicians to ensure all operations meet stringent internal standards and regulatory requirements. This role oversees daily quality control activities, including overseeing Hot Asphalt production/placement, quality and technical service across multiple shifts. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement through rigorous investigation of quality events and cross\-functional collaboration with Operations, Sales, and Support departments. **KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Manage and mentor a team of Quality Associates; coordinate scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to ensure 24/7 quality coverage. Lead the training of staff in analytical procedures, safety protocols, and quality control methodologies; ensure all training records are audit ready. Oversee batch record reviews and documentation troubleshooting; including warranty and cost of quality records; Lead and close\-out investigations into quality events such as Corrective and Preventive Actions.
