Description: **Parallel Management Group** is looking for a **Regional Specialty Services Manager**. This role leads the rollout, training, and ongoing support of Parallel's specialty resident programs — spanning memory care training, end\-of\-life doula support, and restorative care — across the communities they support. This role partners with building and regional leadership to determine which programs are the right fit for each community and in what order they should be introduced, then works directly with onsite teams (Life Enrichment Directors, Memory Care Coordinators, Wellness Coordinators, Restorative Aides, and End\-of\-Life Doulas) to launch each program and keep it running well over time. ### **General Responsibilities** * Schedule and host ongoing training experiences for staff at all communities within the region. * Communicate with building and regional management to identify which specialty programs are appropriate for new communities, and implement programs in order of priority. * Provide ongoing support to the staff responsible for day\-to\-day program delivery, including Life Enrichment Directors, Memory Care Coordinators, Wellness Coordinators, Restorative Aides...
