As a Back Office Clinic Assistant at PPCW, you’ll work directly with patients and clinicians to help provide high\-quality, compassionate sexual and reproductive health care. This is a hands\-on role where you’ll build clinical skills, support patient flow, and help create a welcoming and affirming experience for every patient. What You’ll Do As a Back Office Clinic Assistant, you’ll support patients before, during, and after their visits while working closely with clinicians and the rest of the health center team. **On a typical day, you might:** * Welcome patients and prepare them for their visit * Take patient histories, vital signs, and other clinical information * Perform blood draws, injections, and laboratory testing within your training and scope * Assist clinicians with procedures and patient care * Provide patient education and instructions * Prepare exam rooms, instruments, and supplies * Document accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) * Help maintain efficient pati...
