Description: **POSITION SUMMARY:** The Director of Corporate Accounting leads the corporate accounting function and is accountable for the integrity of Gebhart Holdings’ financial records. The role owns the month\-end, quarter\-end, and year\-end close; maintains internal controls; and ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP and regulatory standards. The Director also leads and develops the accounting team and drives process improvements that shorten close cycles and strengthen financial reporting. **REPORTS TO:** CFO **Department:** Accounting **Classification:** Full\-time, Exempt (FLSA) **ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Financial Reporting \& Month\-End Close** * Manage the month\-end, quarter\-end, and year\-end close from start to finish, delivering accurate financial statements on the close calendar. * Review and approve journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses for all corporate entities. * Prepare consolidated financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. * Work with the FP\&A function to explain budget\-to\-actual variances and provide data\-driven operational insights to leadership. **Technical Accountin...
