You’ll welcome and check in patients, collect co\-pays, complete visit preparations, assist with kiosk use, and support patients with scheduling, pre\-registration and MyChart enrollment. You’ll also partner closely with physicians to ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process. This role offers a great opportunity to build your customer service experience while exploring career growth across Cleveland Clinic. **A caregiver in this position works Mon\-Fri, 6:15am—3:45pm or 8:00am—4:30pm.
